IETF 121: Speciality Coffee Bars for Cisco

In November 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to provide our coffee cart hire services at IETF 121, one of the most prestigious technology conferences in the world. With over 1,000 delegates in attendance, we kept the energy levels high by serving more than 4,000 cups of speciality coffee throughout the week, from our two fully serviced coffee stations in The Convention Centre, Dublin.

Working closely with the conference organisers and on behalf of the event’s main sponsor, Cisco, we created a fully branded coffee experience that kept attendees fuelled and engaged. The brief from organisers was clear, they wanted great tasting coffee, to give delegates a well-deserved break between sessions. We also worked with the organisers to provide branded elements such as the coffee carts themselves, and coffee cups. This allowed event sponsors to gain brand exposure with each sip!

As always, our focus was on delivering exceptional coffee, and the feedback reflected this. Delegates appreciated the quality and convenience of having dedicated coffee stations, which provided quality coffee, turning quick coffee breaks into opportunities to network and converse.
